have a safe trip. hopefully if your the time of person who likes to go to the beach during this tournament that you get to go to the beach sometime. also hope the players will be ok playing in the heat. my sister had ball tournaments once when she was in high school it was a very hot summer that time to. half the other teams passed out from the heat. luckly our teams couches and moms were smart enough to keep our kids cool and hydrated. the only problem with tournaments they don't give the poor kids much rest inbetween games.

I actually really don't like going to the beach much (especially since my sister told me that there were TONS of jellyfish where we're at). I'm more of a pool person. Thank you for your concern for my nephew and his teammates. Don't worry, we're bringing lots of water and little electric fans to keep them cool during the tournament. I just wish the uniforms were shorts instead of black pants. *shudders at wearing pants in this heat*

I can't recall the name of the city, but it's near Fort Walten or something like that. It's not very far down in Florida since it only takes about five hours to get there from Louisiana.
