“You exiled an innocent cat.”

Bulkhead’s words continued to echo inside Bumblebee’s mind as he stumbled into the nearest alleyway. The WindClan warrior didn’t even bother to check to see if it was empty of any BloodClan cats. He didn’t care what he encountered. All he wanted to do was get away…away from the stares of his teammates…away from the accusing words…away from the ones that had heard, along with him, the horrible dark truth.

“Wasp wasn’t the traitor.” Bumblebee spoke out loud in a low voice. His eyes stared at nothing and looked as if he was in a daze. “Longarm was.”

Once again, the words felt like a blow to the stomach. He sat down upon the dirty, grey ground and looked down at his paws in shame. A rat scurried by, but Bumblebee paid it no heed.

How could he have been so stupid? He had allowed himself to be tricked by Longarm into thinking that Wasp, his own cousin, had been a traitor to WindClan! His beloved clan was ruled by a lying, fox-hearted traitor and it was all his fault!

The thought made him dig his claws into the gritty alley surface. Bumblebee had believed that Longarm had been his friend. In reality, the senior warrior had used him as a pawn to help pave his way towards becoming deputy of WindClan. Bumblebee had thought himself to be a hero for revealing Wasp as a traitor.

But it was all a lie…a terrible lie. Thanks to his foolishness, his home was ruled by a murderer and an innocent cat, a valuable warrior, his own kin, had been exiled. He couldn’t imagine what StarClan thought of him now. Was Prime Nova shaking his head in shame at the mouse-brained idiot that he had made into a warrior on his dying breath? Would WindClan even accept him again?

Bumblebee bowed his head as a large lump rose in his throat. He only wished that StarClan would forgive him for ruining WindClan. He was no better than a BloodClanner for his actions.

“StarClan, I swear that I’ll find a way to reveal the truth and save WindClan.” Bumblebee vowed, closing his eyes, “And I’ll find Wasp, no matter what, and bring him home.” A ray of morning sunlight fell upon him, setting his fur ablaze with golden fire.

“StarClan, Prime Nova, Wasp... please forgive me.”

Well, just got back from an awesome trip to Florida.:D This is just a little something I worked one in the condo room when I got tired of the beach. One can take only so much salt in one's mouth.:XD:

Awww...Bee...he looks so upset... I know it's probably a stupid question, since I know what happens to Wasp in the show, but will Bee ever bring Wasp home? :/

Regardless, amazing job as usual. I especially love the lighting--it adds so much to the entire atmosphere. Keep it up! ^^
